Dear Property Owners:
Welcome back for another summer in our slice of paradise!
The Belair Properties Owners’ Association (BPOA) is your subdivision area association. Your Board is comprised of a group of dedicated volunteers who give their time and energies to make Belair Properties an area of choice on the east side of Lake Winnipeg. This Board is committed to preserving and protecting the things that make our subdivision a place we can all be proud of.
The constitution of the Association was amended and passed at the AGM in 2016. The constitution is posted on our website. If there are any changes to the constitution that you would like to see, please advise any member of your Board a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to our upcoming AGM (August 10, 2019).
Over the past few years we have worked with the Public Works Department of the R.M. of Alexander on issues and enhancements for Belair Properties. If you have issues and concerns that you would like raised with the R.M. of Alexander, please contact us through our website.
With the melting of the snow, we can’t help but notice the large amounts of garbage on our streets and paths. We ask that you please don’t litter. Unfortunately, some of that litter is from pets. Please remember to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your favourite canine companion.
Each year we sell raffle tickets to the members of our community. The funds raised from the sale of these tickets are used to support your area association expenses, which include the social/games evening, fireworks display, potable water facility and area enhancements. Please consider your purchase of these tickets as your membership fee in the BPOA.

UPCOMING DATES TO MARK ON YOUR CALENDAR
FOURTH ANNUAL COMMUNITY WIDE YARD SALE AND GIVE-AWAY Saturday, August 3, 2019 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Each year this event gets bigger and better through the participation of more cottagers in our subdivision! Get your sale items ready and set up your yard sale on your property. Shoppers will be encouraged to go community wide to make their purchases.
