Alberto Aiello Park Revitalization

We did it! We acheived our fundraising goal of $75,000.

The Belair Properties Owners’ Association launched a Communications and Fundraising Campaign to enhance the local Alberto Aiello Park space. This included, but was not limited to, replacing the current play structure with a more sustainable and enhanced play area. This was a 3 year initiative that will see the Park enhanced in stages. Phase 1 and 2 part of original $75,000 campaign.

Roll Out Plan:

Install new playground

PHASE 2 - Spring/Summer 2024

New picnic shelter - May/June

New seating along shoreline - June/July

New Accessible picnic table - July

NEW PHASE 3 - pending grant approval

New boulder reinforcements at top of park near benches

Swing upgrades

New road edging along sand park

New park gate and signage
