June 1 Leaf Pick-Up
Help make our community a cleaner, greener place! Introducing a new Pay-per-Bag rate open to paid members of the BPOA who are also within our support area*. Pre-registration is required. Membership is retroactive for the Spring service. The 2026/27 Membership comes into effect on July 1, 2026, but covers June 2026 and October 2026 leaf pick-ups. * Service Area: Mary Glenn Rd to Zebrun Rd and lake-front homes to west side of Lakeshore Rd. 2026 Pick-Up Dates: June 1 and Octobe
Join the Winter Watch Program

Halloween Foam Party
Our 4th annual Belair Kids Halloween at the Lake is just around the corner on Aug 9th starting at 7:00pm. New Feature this Year: FOAM PARTY MACHINE Note: For kids participating in the Foam Party, if you don't want foam on your costume, have a shirt and shorts underneath your costume. Bring a towel too.
Family Fun Event

Valley Fiber Coming to Belair
Did you know that Valley Fiber is bringing its internet services to the RM of Alexander this year? Residents in Belair will see their construction crews burying conduit. They are also going door-to-door to ask for permission to bring a fiber line directly to the home/cottage with no obligation to sign up for service.
