The BPOA is hosting a Garage Sale Trail for those residents interested in participating. The Trail is open to everyone to participate in*. Sign-up to be a Belair Properties Member and get a dedicated Location Marker on the Trail Map, along with East Beaches-wide promotion.

Confirm what dates you are participating (July 16 only, July 16 and July 17, or July 17 only) - note: all garage sales should be open no later then 9 am (but early bird get the worm!)

* All Belair Properties residents can participate by simply putting up their own garage sale signs on the Trail weekend. Membership not required.
